Orders & Shipping

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Rooted Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS or Fedex.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available in the Moncks Corner, SC area. Items are held for 7 days after purchase confirmation.

 

Sizing & Products

 

How does sizing run?

Our pieces generally run true to size unless otherwise noted. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.

Will you restock sold-out items?

All items are carefully sourced, there is no guarantee you will see an item back in stock again. 

 

Item Condition

 

What condition are your items in?

All items sold through Rooted Threads are authentic and carefully curated. I personally source each piece and am committed to honest descriptions of condition.

  • NWT (New With Tag): Items are brand new, never worn, with original tag attached
  • NWOT (New Without Tag): Items are brand new, never worn, without original tag
  • EUC: Items have been gently worn and are in excellent condition
  • VGUC: Items show minimal signs of wear 
  • GUC: Items show regular use with minor imperfections
  • PLAY: Items show heavy wear, stains, or damage suitable for play

All items are inspected for flaws

Photos accurately represent the item's condition

Why might my item look slightly different than the photos?

We do our best to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, editing, or screen settings.

Will my item arrive exactly as shown?

Yes—each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
